Former England captain Andrew Flintoff has been admitted to hospital following a horrific car crash in Surrey while filming an episode of the BBC TV show.

Three years earlier, Flintoff had narrowly escaped a 125 mph crash while filming another episode of Top Gear.

Flintoff, who retired from international cricket in 2009, played 79 Tests and 141 limited overs internationals for England.
