Sandeep’s record in IPL is nothing short of impressive. Sandeep has so far taken a total of 114 wickets in 104 matches played in IPL with an economy of 7.77.
If we look at Sandeep’s past record, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the only bowler who has more powerplay wickets than the former. He was the only bowler to take more than 12 wickets in each edition between 2014 and 2020.
He also holds the record for dismissing talismanic batsman Virat Kohli most times in IPL. Sandeep has wrapped up Kohli’s innings on seven occasions.
